1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made at arcoiriseborboletas.shop, run by Arco-Íris & Borboletas, Maputo, Mozambique. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in Meticais (MT). We do our best to make photos and descriptions accurate; handmade pieces may vary slightly, which is part of their charm.

3. Orders and payment

When you confirm your order on the site, we hold the items for you for 1 hour. Within that time, pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer and upload the proof of payment on your order page; without a proof, the order is cancelled. If the amount received is less than the total, you have 24 hours to pay the rest. We prepare your order once the full payment is confirmed and send the invoice by e-mail.

4. Delivery

The day, time and type of delivery or collection from the shop are arranged with you once we confirm the payment. Orders to provinces outside Maputo are sent by Portador Diário courier. Personalised pieces have their own lead times, which we tell you before you order.
